We Were Human

Shh, I'll be needing 2 or 3 admins depending on what I decide to have my character be. I'm thinking I'll just be the Chronicler and have 3 admins and let them be the Chieftains. Or I could be a Chieftain and only have two admins. ;A;

I need to get an icon, if someone could make one free that would be so amazing, but if I have to commission someone for it I will. The idea I have is for a silhouette of a human's face with the eye being a radiation symbol that's black and yellow, the black being the same color as the head so its just the yellow part you see, and past the nose/lips/brow is the same yellow and the group's initials. If it were animated, all I'd want is for the letters to blink and the radiation symbol/eye to spin. 

I need an application too. I want to to follow the same black and yellow theme with the radiation symbol, but the app can also have white accents on it. Color domination order goes black, then yellow, then white, so the most black and the least white and yellow somewhere in between. It needs somewhere for the char to go, a headshot(optional though), name, age, tribe, gender, and rank.
